General Operatives & Trainee slaughterhouse line Operative
Main duties will include working in a fast paced abattoir where sheep and goats are processed.

Driver/Loader
Main duties include
loading own vehicle
delivering to shops and unloading
Driving a tractor with trailer (training will be provided)
Must be 25+ years old and hold a full Category B (Cars) driving licence and be willing to tow a refrigerated trailer.
You must also be comfortable lifting whole carcases with a weight range of 12 to 40kg
Apprentice
Role Purpose:
To train as a qualified electrician while supporting the maintenance and engineering function within a regulated food production environment.
Training & Qualification:
• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (Level 3 preferred)
• One-Two day per week college day release
• On-the-job training with experienced maintenance staff
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, and fault finding
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Assist with general plant and equipment maintenance
• Support breakdown response
• Work safely within food hygiene and health & safety controls
Person Specification:
Essential:
• Interest in electrical or engineering work
• Willingness to learn
• Good timekeeping and attendance
Desirable:
• GCSE Maths and English
• Any practical or mechanical experience
